Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct assistance to the team in delivering legal services to leading international and domestic corporate clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Facilitating seamless communication between practice groups, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conducting due diligence processes and preparing due diligence reports.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Collaborating with other practice areas, including finance, tax, and regulatory teams, to address cross-disciplinary issues.
- Managing document flow and coordinating deal execution.
- Supervising and mentoring trainees and junior associates, delegating tasks efficiently, and ensuring high-quality work.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- This role is for a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification M&A experience in Türkiye.
- Strong academic record, intellectual curiosity, and creative thinking.
- Excellent command of English.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop managerial skills in sync with career progress.
- Eagerness to take ownership of work and demonstrate skill, talent, and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
